Hotel Call Reporting
NEC InControl Call Reporting call software can only report what the NEC Hotel Telephone provides through SMDR or an IP interface. Some older systems can only provide Caller ID Name "or" Number, not both through SMDR. The NEC Hotel Phone Systems provide Name and Number, but this feature must be enabled and programmed. In all of the NEC systems, a Caller ID Card(s) must be installed in the telephone systems and Caller ID service ordered through the local telephone company.
